How the Massachusetts broker course works: Massachusetts state regulations require that Part II of your broker pre-licensing course includes live instructor interaction. The first 19 hours (Part I) are fully self-paced — work through them on your own schedule. Part II unlocks during scheduled instructor session windows — Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings (8–11am ET) and evenings (6–9pm ET) — giving you real-time access to a state-approved broker expert via Zoom while you work through the content

Part II is only accessible during scheduled instructor session windows. Once a session opens, you can launch the course and connect with your instructor via Zoom. Your full session schedule is available on your course dashboard after enrolling.
